I offer short and long term counselling for a wide variety of issues. I work in an integrative way, using a core approach of Person-Centred Counselling, along with tools and techniques from other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Transactional Analysis. I am also a qualified Auricular Acupuncturist and can provide this alongside counselling if it is felt beneficial. Fundamentally, I believe that you, as a client, are the best
