My name is Rebecca and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist working within Marlow, London and via video call.If you feel like you aren't getting anywhere with your health or feel like you are in a loop with trying to make positive changes, get in touch for a free introductory call. Plans may sometimes include supplements recommendations and further diagnostic testing* (if required). Your progress is monitored and we will have regular communication that aims to both support and guide you in the right direction.
Through food and lifestyle habits, I help people to make positive long term change to their health and wellbeing. Knowing what to eat and how it's impacting your mind and body can be confusing at the best of times. My approach to helping you to feel better is to make sure that each step is taken at your pace that fits in with your life, that you have the understanding around why changes are needed and to give you support along the way.
